Hazardous Materials Charges

Some items that Shor carries are deemed as hazardous, or "hazmat," by the United Parcel Service® and levy a mandatory $44.00 USD charge per package in addition to shipping and handling. These items are clearly indicated on the product page and apply to some materials which contain corrosive, flammable or poisonous ingredients. Hazmat items are always shipped separately from all non-hazmat items. Hazmat items are not returnable. Orders containing hazardous materials cannot by shipped to a P. O. box unless the shipping address is located outside of the continental United States*.

* Shipping addresses within Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, U.S. Armed Forces Bases, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands may opt to ship to a P.O. box.
