Centrifugal Magnetic Tumblers
The most advanced method of tumbling. The high G's produced in magnetic tumblers results in a burnishing action that is just not possible with standard tumblers or vibratory machines. With media as small as .010 in diameter and .250 in length, these stainless steel pins are able to work in areas such as undercuts, recesses, slots etc. where no previous method has been found suitable. Finishes the most intricately detailed parts.  Very quiet when compared with most other forms of finishing.  Typical finishing time on gold and similar metals is only about 30 minutes.  This is an excellent method of automatic finishing, producing rapid final finish results with an absolute minimum of labor.  

How our magnetic tumblers work:  These are direct drive, fan cooled machines.  The magnetic disk is made up of many powerful magnets that are precisely placed in a cast disk.  The alternating polarity is constantly changing, thereby allowing the media to move freely in a liquid solution that is constantly changing its makeup.  This, combined with centrifugal force, allows for super quiet and fast time cycles.
